Transculture - theater without borders The Université de Haute-Alsace (UHA) organizes three encounter weekends around the theme of theater for all Eucor students. The visit of a theater performance, subsequent exchange and an artistic workshop are part of the program. Students can deepen their linguistic and intercultural competences. Prerequisite: language level B1 in French and German. Accommodation and meals are organized and free of charge. Registration deadline: 15.12. More
Kommunikationstraining en français Eucor at KIT organizes a communication training in cooperation with the Foundation Centre Culturel Franco-Allemand Karlsruhe. The course is aimed at KIT employees who would like to improve their French language skills. Starting November 10, the course will take place on 6 dates of 90 minutes each, prerequisite: language level A2-B1.
Eucor Coffee Lecture Interested in a trinational study with Eucor? On Wednesday, October 12, 1:30 p.m., Eucor will be present at KIT at the Coffee Lecture of the KIT Library. Here you will learn in only 10 minutes how you can organize your studies at the Upper Rhine internationally. Currently online, it is best to prepare a coffee yourself beforehand. More

Call for blog project: Voices against racism and populism Students from all Eucor universities are invited to apply to participate in the Franco-German media and blog project. In different editorial departments at the Studierendenwerk Freiburg work together. The costs for the participation are taken over completely. Application deadline: 14.10.2022 More
KIT excursion for employees to the UHA On 6 July, a group of KIT staff members visited the Eucor partner university UHA (Université de Haute-Alsace) in Mulhouse. The participants were warmly welcomed at the Journée d'Interculturalité, organised by NovaTris, the centre for cross-border competences. The programme included an intercultural workshop, guided tour of the Learning Centre and a small tour of Mulhouse. Similar offers are being planned. More
Eucor Seed Money call for proposals The annual Eucor Seed Money funding instrument is open for applications: Applications are invited for innovative cross-border projects in the fields of research and innovation and in the field of teaching. Applications are open until 29 September 2022 for researchers and teachers to receive funding of up to €60,000. All information on how to apply can be found on the website. More
Tour Eucor 2022 Finally, the Tour Eucor is back! In Whitsun week, after forced breaks and shortening, the Tour Eucor 2022 took place regularly. The start was on 7 June 2022 in front of Karlsruhe Castle. From there, the other Eucor cities Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Basel and Freiburg were cycled through by 120 participants in 5 days. We are thrilled with what the association and the volunteers have achieved! Matthias Mair, student at KIT, received one of the starting places and reported for us. More

Informationstag zu Fördermöglichkeiten Am 5. Mai findet die Veranstaltung "Wissenschaftsregion Oberrhein: Möglichkeiten und Förderinstrumente für bi- und trinationale Kooperationen" statt. Diese richtet sich an Wissenschaftlerinnen sowie Mitarbeitende der Hochschulverwaltung und wird von der Trinationalen Metropolregion und der Universität Straßburg organisiert, in Zusammenarbeit mit der DFH und Eucor. Ministerpräsident Kretschmann zu Besuch bei Eucor – The European Campus in Straßburg Im Rahmen einer zweitägigen Reise besuchten der baden-württembergische Ministerpräsident Kretschmann und weitere Kabinettsmitglieder am 31. März den Hochschulverbund Eucor – The European Campus an der Universität Straßburg. Hauptthema waren die vier grenzüberschreitenden Professuren.
Eucor Französisch Workshop Regards croisés 25.04. - 30.05., jeweils montags Sie möchten Ihre Französischkenntnisse auffrischen und verbessern und mehr über unsere Nachbarn lernen? Der Workshop richtet sich an Mitarbeitende des KIT, die anhand von praktischen Beispielen und gezieltem Kommunikationstraining Vertrauen und Leichtigkeit im Umgang mit der französischen Sprache erlangen möchten. Fortbildung "In der Sprache des Anderen kommunizieren" Ab März 2022 findet wieder die beliebte Eucor-Fortbildung statt. An insgesamt 6 Terminen können in interaktiven Sprachworkshops die Französisch-Kenntnisse verbessert und die interkulturellen Kompetenzen vertieft werden. Die Fortbildung des Zentrums für grenzüberschreitende Kompetenzen, NovaTris der Université de Haute-Alsace (UHA) richtet sich an Mitarbeitende in Verwaltung, Lehre und Forschung aller Eucor-Universitäten.
