Consul General of India visits KIT

On 11 May, 2017 Mr. Sugandh Rajaram, Consul General of India, visited Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He wanted to catch up with cooperation projects between KIT and Indian partner institutions. During his visit, Prof. Thomas Hirth, Vice President for Innovation and International Affairs, welcomed Mr. Rajaram. In the afternoon, he discussed future collaboration in the fields of smart grid and energy storage systems between KIT and the City of Pune. The visit also included showing Competence E activities in the field of energy storage and batteries development along the value chain from materials to system integration level.
