Bridge Scholarships for Palestinians in Germany

In view of the current emergency situation in the Palestinian territories, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is offering a bridging scholarship for Palestinian students, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers and university lecturers from all academic disciplines.

Funding is provided for a minimum of one to a maximum of four months and is intended to support students starting or continuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. In addition, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers and university lecturers can be funded as part of their doctorate or a research project.

They also require an identity document issued by the Palestinian Authority or the East Jerusalem ID and must generally already be in Germany with a valid residence permit.

All further information on the requirements, the services included and the exact application process can be found on the DAAD website (https://daad.de/go/de/stipa57751845). If you are interested or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact finaid∂intl.kit.edu.
