Booking Request

Prerequisites

KIT researchers* arriving directly from abroad with reference to a host institute and JRC**.
The maximum duration of stay is six months.
Bookings for short stays (less than one month) can be made at the earliest four weeks before arrival.

*Students should contact the KHYS or IStO.

**Researchers of the Joint Research Center (JRC) of the European Commission please contact their Human Resources contact in advance. A direct booking request is not possible!

The guest house is usually fully booked well in advance, early booking is recommended.
