Die 14.
Mitgliederversammlung der Hochschulrektorenkonferenz (HRK) hat in Nürnberg
einen Kodex für deutsche Hochschulprojekte im Ausland verabschiedet. Der Kodex
formuliert qualitative – akademische und ethische – ''Mindestanforderungen'',
die für deutsche Hochschulprojekte im Ausland gelten und sowohl von den
deutschen Hochschulen als auch von ihren ausländischen Partnern eingehalten
werden sollen. Er wurde auf Einladung von HRK und Deutschem Akademischen
Austauschdienst (DAAD) von einer Gruppe internationaler Experten erarbeitet
